Cancellation can be completed on your own by logging into your Client Area, selecting the service, viewing details, then selecting the request cancellation button. In addition cancellation requests must be made via logging into the online ticketing system at https://www.broadbandhosting.net/clientarea/clientarea.php or via email to accountbilling@broadbandhosting.net. No other avenues of cancellation will be accepted. While no advance notice of cancellation is required, all fees paid for service to the point of cancellation are nonrefundable. All fees paid for domain registration are nonrefundable, without exception.
