Why Choose Us?
That's an easy one! Reliability, Experience, Features,
and much more. We started as a web design & website
hosting company in 1996, primarily focusing on web design and
implementation for our customers. Then in 1998 we began hosting
sites independently of our web design services and Broadband Hosting
was formed as a hosting only company. Note that we are
not resellers for any other hosting company. An example
of sites we host range from websites for individuals keeping up
with their hobbies, to small businesses who provide their services
via the internet, to multi-million dollar e-commerce enterprises.
Unfortunately in todays Internet & Web Hosting
age you see many web hosts who are resellers of other larger companies.
While this can be good for the buyer of hosting services, and
get you low cost hosting... there can also be problems. Resellers
can be several levels deep. In the event of a problem with the
service, your host needs to contact his host, then up the ladder
several hosts later to where you can actually get the problem
resolved.
At Broadband Hosting we have our own servers. If there is ever
a problem... enter a ticket through our help desk 24 hours a day,
and you are at the source. No multiple levels. If any problem
does occur, we have it resolved quickly.

Operation Center)
Our datacentert delivers unmatched network speed
and capacity, which eliminates bandwidth traffic jams and roadblocks
to assure instantaneous response to your websites and applications.
By using multiple Tier 1 telecom providers including AT&T, NTT
and AboveNet, along with numerous private peering arrangements,
our center provides more than 250 Gbps of transit and peering
capacity. Designed without any single points of failure, our network
operates at full redundancy across multiple layers that contain
redundant core routers, core distribution switches and carrier
diversity.
Our Datacenter offers 24x7x365 redundant monitoring
capabilities from server-oriented response centers, as well as
centralized network monitoring from the Network Operations Center
(NOC). The NOC has Cisco-certified technical support on duty at
all times to rapidly respond to any network problem. In the event
of some sort of natural disaster that could affect our headquarters
facility, the NOC is able to transfer operations in another location
before the disaster actually manifests itself.
We leverage state-of-the-art network monitoring
software combined with highly defined monitoring and escalation
procedures to ensure the highest standards for security, reliability,
performance and systems availability.
